Method 1 — Measure an Existing Ring

Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits the intended finger well, in millimetres, and match it to the closest size in the table below.

Method 2 — Measure Your Finger

Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. Divide by 3.14 to get your diameter, then match it below.
